of comments submitted by approximately 20 stakeholders
about the Causes & Forces Workgroup Report are now
posted for your information. The Redesign Leadership
Team is processing the comments and considering amendments
to the document.
May 12, 2005 -
Materials from the April 22, 2005 Causes & Forces meeting
are now posted for your information. A summary of the meeting
can be found in the document titled “Causes & Forces
Workgroup Report.”
We would appreciate your input on the following
questions about the report:
1. Were the major causes/forces impacting Early On identified?
If no, what is missing (bear in mind the definition of
causes/forces used for the meeting, found in the document
titled “Final Cause & Force Presentation”)?
2. Do you agree with the identified 10 most critical causes/forces?
If no, what would you add and why?
