June, 2007 –The Final Report for the Early On Fiscal Study, conducted for Redesign Step 3 – Identify the Funding Pool, has been posted for your information. Information from the report was discussed at both the November 2006 and February 2007 SICC meetings, reviewed by Council members, and the final written report is now available.
